After the stoppage of part of our activity for a few days as a result of the measures taken by the Spanish Government to fight against COVID-19, Industria y Desarrollo Gamax, S.L. returns to its normal activity on April 14.
We continue to offer our services and assist you with some modifications in daily operations until further communication. These modifications are the following:
- The offices and warehouse will be operational from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- The telephone service will be available from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. A special answering machine service will allow us to manage all your requests in less than 24 hours.
- Business hours for customer service will be from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- For reasons of internal reorganization, your regular Account Manager may change temporarily. The e-mail accounts you usually contact will remain fully operational.
- Off-line orders will have a preparation delay of 24 hours. The shipment f orders will not be guaranteed the same day of their entry, but will be sought if possible.
- Our website www.gamax.es will remain active. Online orders will have a preparation delay of 24 hours. The delivery of orders will not be guaranteed the same day of their entry, but will be sought if possible.
- Only accredited transport companies will be able to pick up merchandise at our facilities.
- Our stock level today is above 80% of our maximum capacity and we can guarantee the service.
With the aim of continuing to offer service to our clients and preserve the health of our team and the agents that interact with us and acting with corporate responsibility, we have decided to take these exceptional measures. We appreciate your collaboration in advance.
